Auction fees: 28% (including tax) for voluntarily consigned lots.
Items are sold “as is,” without warranty.
No claims will be accepted once the lot has been awarded. Weights, sizes, and photos are provided for informational purposes only and cannot be the subject of any claim.

STORAGE AND PICKUP
All lots will be stored at the Bagnolet warehouse at the buyer’s expense, except for certain lots of wine sold by designation.
Lots may be picked up free of charge at the auction venue on October 29 until 5:30 p.m. and on October 30 until noon.
After this time, lots not picked up by the auctioneer will be stored at the DROUOT BAGNOLET WAREHOUSE, at the following rates*:
- Administrative fee per lot: depending onthe nature of the lot
- Storage and insurance fees per lot: startingon the 3rd business day, depending on the nature of the lot.
Please note: Lots will only be released upon presentation of the paid sales slip from the auction house and after payment of any applicable administrative and storage fees
