Large and original Chobi India, circa 1990 Decor reminiscent of Heriz rugs Wool velvet on cotton backing Beige field decorated with garlands of crenellated stems of stylized flowers framing three large, tangled geometric medallions in brick-red, ivory and midnight blue, inlaid with ruby palmettes in symmetry, surrounding a stylized pendant. Four motifs echo the central medallion. Triple border, the main ruby-red one decorated with rows of floral bulbs in the shape of stylized turtle shells. Dimensions 295 x 195 cm Beautiful polychromy. Beautiful graphics. Good condition
