Original and fine silk Ghoum Iran, Shah era, circa 1965/70 Velvet, silk warp, weft and fringe Brick field decorated with a large central medallion featuring a mosaic of flowers adorned with a second copper with highly original motifs of birds taking flight, inlaid with an old gold and sky blue circular medal. Four midnight-blue spandrels with refined thousand-flower motifs. Main border in old gold with a design reminiscent of the central field. Dimensions 210 x 135 cm Beautiful finesse Good condition
