Fine and old Kachan Dabir Workshop of Maitre Dabir Iran, circa 1940/50 Kork silky lambswool velvet on cotton foundation Old rose field decorated with reserves and compartments formed by diamond bracelets and inlaid with garlands of flower buds framing a central midnight-blue floral medallion with flower mosaic. Four geometrically stylized weeping willow spandrels. Wide midnight-blue main border with interlacing crenellated stems and branches surrounded by finely drawn floral bulbs.
