Nicolas PEYRON (born 1972) Zebra giraffe Acrylic on canvas, signed lower left. 40 x 40cm Framed Nicolas Peyron questions the contradictions of our society through figurative painting, combining irony, symbolism and realism. By depicting animals in offbeat situations, he hijacks codes to denounce social conditioning and contemporary misinformation. He recently exhibited at the Métamorphose show at the Halles des Blancs Manteaux in Paris (Dec. 2024 - Jan. 2025), and his work is on permanent display at the Atelier d'Épicure and the Magis painter's studio in the Dordogne.
