Dominique COFFIGNIER (b. 1956) - Lot 100
Dominique COFFIGNIER (b. 1956)
"Sahel Mali"
Oil and collage on canvas, signed and dated 2013 on the back.
65 x 50 cm
Reproduced in the catalog of galerie GNG - Paris
Dominique Coffignier's painting is not just abstract,
it exudes a human warmth, radiating a lyricism
lyricism that is all the more striking for its reduced
palette. Her painting is a search for the third dimension
it seems to reproduce the earth's outpourings, the explosive
the explosive marriage of lava and ocean.
Her work has been exhibited in renowned galleries in the south of France and Paris, as well as in Japan (Kyoto) and Spain.
