Very fine, rare and antique Senneh (Northwest Persia) late 19th century. Lambswool velvet on multicolored silk chain foundations. Remarkable finesse. Density of approx. 10,000 knots per dm2. Good overall condition. Beige field with decoration reminiscent of the French Savonnerie, with polychrome flower bouquets, surrounded by stylized birds' nests. Main border in ruby with multicolored bulbs. 190 x 140 cm
