Large Savonnerie style rug from the 20th century in the style of the 18th century. Wool velvet on cotton backing. Ivory field decorated with semis of sprigs of flowers, adorned with a large central medallion crenellated with gilded wood in the shape of a mirror, inlaid with a bouquet of flowers in pastel tones. Beautifully framed by six reserves decorated in the same way as the central medallion. Good condition. 300 x 240 cm
