Midnight-blue field decorated with scrolls of fine crenellated stems terminating in flowering palmettes and surrounded by finely drawn foliage, adorned with a central ivory, sky-blue and ruby rosette with a diamond-shaped star-shaped flower.
Four spandrels reminiscent of the central medallion
Five borders, the main one beige with interlacing floral bulbs surrounded by lacy leaves '.
