Wonderful dissertation on cooking and the pleasures to be found in tasting such and such a dish. This almanac was published annually until 1812. A woodcut frontispiece by Delin after the author. Vicaire makes no mention of a 6-leaf calendar for 1803, inserted between pages IV and V of our copy, which he indicates was present in the second year. Enclosed: N.-J. HARVANT .
