Auction fees: 28% including tax for voluntary lots.

Items are sold “as is,” without warranty.

No claims will be accepted once the lot has been sold. Weights, sizes, and photos are provided for informational purposes only and cannot be the subject of any claim.

STORAGE AND PICKUP

All lots will be stored at the Bagnolet warehouse at the buyer’s expense, except for certain lots of wine sold by designation.

Lots may be picked up free of charge at the auction venue on February 5 until 5:30 p.m. and on February 6 until noon.

After this time, lots not picked up by the buyer will be stored at the DROUOT BAGNOLET WAREHOUSE, at the following rates*:

1. Administrative fee per lot: depending onthe nature of the lot
2. Storage and insurance fees per lot: startingon the 3rd business day, depending on the nature of the lot.

Please note: Lots will only be released upon presentation of the paid sales receipt from the auction house and after payment of any applicable administrative and storage fees

Storage and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed directly by Drouot Bagnolet, according to their current rates.

ART VALOREM assumes no liability whatsoever for the storage of items.

PLEASE NOTE: THE DROUOT BAGNOLET STORAGE FACILITY WILL BE CLOSED STARTING JULY 31. IT WILL REOPEN ON SEPTEMBER 1.
